Chef Todd Rossi is originally from New Hampshire but has resided in the Atlanta area for 22 years. He studied Culinary Science at the Art Institute of Atlanta where he graduated with High Honors in April of 2000. He has over 18 years of food service experience ranging from fine dining to school nutrition programs. He is passionate about food but even more passionate about providing excellent customer service. Todd lives in Newnan GA with his wife and two sons.
