Description
Graduating first in his class from the Culinary Institute in NY, Geoff Tracy opened his first two restaurants before the age of thirty. Today, with a total of three restaurants and 200 employees, Geoff oversees kitchen and dining room operations, and manages the concept, marketing, finances and growth of all Chef Geoff restaurants.
