Working with local Boards of Health and national foundations, Chef Louie’s has designed, coordinated and implemented, a food safety program and HACCP system that will help prevent food related illness and maintain the superior quality of food in which Chef Louie’s prides itself. A well-designed food safety program protects all those involved, most importantly our customers.

By labeling and dating all of our raw and prepared foods you can be confident that all of Chef Louie’s food products are being utilized at the peek of freshness. We provide stringent quality control procedures over all food preparation services to assure that our customers are being served the highest quality food products possible.

This station offers BoarsHead and Sara Lee deli meats, with the highest quality deli meats available on the market today! When you combine this with our specialty wraps, breads and a variety of specialty and standard sandwiches we offer our customers the most comprehensive deli package available. The Deli meats are the leanest and preservative free cuts available. Our Tuna is solid white. Our chicken salad is from poached all white meat chicken breasts. A variety of breads, fresh rolls and Roll up breads are available for all sandwiches.

Our Multi Station Cafe Services are oriented towards the specialty cafe shops to provide our customers with the "Open Marketplace" atmosphere! This allows our customers to feel like they are visiting a different restaurant each day they come to the cafe! The possibilities for different food combinations offer menu variations that help hold employees on site.

The Sundries Store provides the necessities that are found in most hotel lobbies. Products such as newspapers both local and national, magazines, basic toiletries, snack items, sodas, juices, candy, aspirins, greeting cards and other items. In addition to the basic Sundry items, we offer other daily convenience items such as milk, bread, eggs, coffee and juices. Fresh take home microwavable meals prepared by our chefs are available for take home as well! We also carry a popular assembly of apparel with our customer's business logo.
