Our Montana Hunting Ranch is located in the beautiful Mission Valley and is nestled at the base of the majestic Mission Mountains. A world of wondrous natural beauty, horse packing trips and superb outdoor recreation awaits you at the Cheff Guest Ranch. There's 28 miles of big game hunting to enjoy in the fall. The South Fork of the Flathead is also excellent for fishing. Our website is just a glimpse of of the marvelous experience you will enjoy during a ranch vacation or one of our summer and fall pack trips. We can accomodate you and your family in our rooms and cabins. Guests will enjoy the warm hospitality of the Cheff Ranch and their crew, who make you feel like part of the family when you arrive. Delicious ranch-style meals are served in the lodge. If you are planning a day long excursion while staying at the ranch, we will be happy to provide a picnic lunch. The Cheff Ranch lies on a mountainside overlooking the beautiful Mission Valley, where we run cattle and raise, from our Tennessee Walker studs, 150 head of horses on 15,000 acres. Guests may choose to take part in the daily routine of our working cattle and horse ranch. Others prefer to spend their time exploring the beauty of our area on foot or horseback, swimming or canoeing in our lake or the nearby mountain lakes. Some days are spent just relaxing among the tall pine and fir trees on the ranch lawn or reading a book by the beautifulwaterfall next to the guest rooms...
