Chehalis Children's Clinic has developed a Financial Policy that clearly outlines patient and practice financial responsibilities. We are committed to providing our patients with the best possible medical care and also minimizing administrative costs. This Financial Policy had been established with these objectives in mind, and to avoid any misunderstanding or disagreement concerning payment for professional services. 1. Our office participates with numerous insurance companies and managed health care programs. For patients that are members of one of these plans our business office will submit a claim for services rendered. All necessary insur- ance information, including special forms, must be completed by the patient/patient's guardian prior to leaving the office. If a patient has insurance that we do not participate in, our office is happy to file the claim upon request; however, payment in full is expected at time of service. 2. It is the patient/patient's guardian responsibility to pay and deductible, co-payment or and portion of the charges as specified by the plan at the time of visit.

Lisa is originally from Las Vegas, NV and a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She attended the Physician Assistant Program at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon in 2003. Lisa joined Chehalis Childrenâ??s Clinic in 2005. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and retains her certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Lisa has been married to her husband Pat since 1989 and has two children. When Lisa is not spending time with family, she enjoys furthering her education and is currently taking a class in holistic nutrition. She is dedicated to bringing competent and compassionate care to the children of Chehalis Childrenâ??s Clinic. CONRAD R.

Dr. LeProwse is originally from Missoula, Montana and a graduate of Western University in Missoula, Montana. He attended The University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Albuquerque, New Mexico and completed his internship and residency in Pediatrics at the University of California in Fresno, California. Dr. LeProwse joined the Providence Centralia Hospital Medical Staff and Chehalis Childrenâ??s Clinic in 1992. He is a Board Certified Pediatrician through the American Academy of Pediatrics and is well versed in all aspects of pediatric care. Dr. LeProwse married his wife, Jenise, in 1987 who is the General Administrator for Chehalis Childrenâ??s Clinic. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time on his small farm doing any type of tractor work! He is dedicated to his pediatric practice in Chehalis and the generations of families to which he has had the privilege to provide care. CHRIS E.
