Chelepis Utility Services

Description

A Chelepis customer was billed by their landlord nearly $5,000,000 for above standard services at several different locations. The services included overtime HVAC and chilled water for supplemental cooling. The customer had already paid for these services at historical rates but the landlord claimed those rates were not sufficient to reimburse them for the costs of the services provided. Chelepis Professional Engineers visited each location and performed a detailed inspection of all related equipment and methods of operation.
