Chenoweth Animal Hospital has been serving the St. Matthews area and surrounding communities since 1985. We were founded by Dr. Ann T. Nevils, a 1981 graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. Our associate veterinarian, Dr. Chele Zehnder, a 1996 graduate of Auburn University, joined us in 2001. We offer many services for you and your pet including: - Preventative Health Care and Vaccinations - Diagnostic and Laboratory Services - EKG - Dental Cleaning and Polishing - Radiology (X-Rays) - Routine Surgeries such as neuters, declaws, and ovariohysterectomy (spay) - Non-Routine Surgeries including: tumor removals, intestinal surgeries, cystotomies, eye surgeries, oral surgery and extractions, lacerations, abscesses and more. - Allergy Testing - HomeAgain Microchips - Nutritional Counseling - Behavioral Counseling - Prescription Diets - Jefferson County Rabies Licenses - Boarding for client pets Dr. Mary Ann Wozny visits our practice several times per month for laser surgeries. Laser is ideal for declaws and tumor removals, and can be used for any surgical procedure. Busy schedules sometimes make scheduling an appointment difficult. Take advantage of our extended early morning and evening hours or schedule your pet to be dropped off with pick-up at your convenience.
