We own a portfolio of New Jersey Tax Sale Certificates and non-performing mortgages, acquired from other organizations. We diligently "work out" each asset until it is repaid, or we acquire title to the underlying real estate. A sister company holds, renovates, and manages our own portfolio of income-producing real estate throughout Central New Jersey. We've been rehabilitating non-performing real estate equities for over ten years. Our properties are well maintained and financially responsible. We occasionally work on behalf of others, although most of the time we're acting as principals. For over ten years we've been successfully locating, analyzing, rehabilitating and managing distressed real estate. We've acquired assets from banks, tax lien traders, individuals, and municipalities. We've bought single assets, and portfolios, in New Jersey. We've earned the cooperation and respect of government officials, professionals and other business people by always acting openly, ethically, promptly, and reliably.
