Description
The DOR awarded our client nearly $500,000 in Tax Credits . Our client’s case is significant because the development he completed was a real improvement to the local community. He built 56 rental unit apartments on land that had long been toxic, abandoned, and potentially harmful to the property’s neighbors . The site that our client purchased was originally a manufacturing company that had abutted a Rubber Company. The land was on the downstream gradient of the Rubber Company which had caused both groundwater and soil contamination on the manufacturing site.
