William, a Chesterfield County native and life long resident, currently resides at 359 Fairway Road, Chesterfield. He was educated in the Chesterfield County Public Schools, graduating from Pageland High School in 1958. He earned an Associate Degree in Business with a major in Accounting from Palmer College in 1964, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Coker College in 1984 and a Master of Education Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Winthrop University in 1989. He also has additional post graduate studies with Winthrop, South Carolina State and the University of South Carolina and is a State of South Carolina licensed real estate broker, licensed auctioneer SCAL#2883 and a notary public. He attended the South Carolina Institute of Real Estate in order to qualify for and pass the South Carolina Real Estate Brokers Exam. He attended the Southeastern School of Auctioneering in order to qualify for and pass the South Carolina Auction License Exam. Continuing Education is required to maintain both the Broker's and Auctioneer's license. William has also been a registered real estate appraiser and certified asbestos inspector. William has been involved in real estate sales and auction activities since 1996.
