Jay is Of Counsel at Chestnut Cambronne and is recognized as a pioneer in Minnesota in the representation of debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. He has extensive experience in debtor-creditor remedies; bankruptcy law; Chapter 11 reorganizations; business litigation; and the representation of banks, lenders, and corporations in structured loan transactions. Jay has also been appointed a United States Bankruptcy Court trustee and has served in that capacity for nearly ten years.
