Description
Chestnut Grove Child Development Center has a volunteer Parent Board, which is responsible for fundraising, helping to equip the school and maintaining the playground in conjunction with the professional staff. The Board also acts as a liaison between the faculty and parents, and works closely with staff to provide special activities for the children. The Board consists of parents and a member of Chestnut Grove Presbyterian Church if available. The school director sits on the board as a non-voting member and keeps the board informed of policies, procedures, activities and staffing.
