We also offer a variety of in-shop services to assist in the completion of our customers' order. While CGM has a rich history, we are also committed to the future. We believe that versatility and adaptability are key factors to not only growing with the industry, but growing with our customers. We are committed to developing and refining new techniques to grind a variety of metals for a number of different applications.

At Chicago Grinding we use thermal imaging in order to make sure our machines run smoothly and efficiently. Thermal imaging has helped us stay on top of any problems that may arise in the machines through early detection. Once a problem has been identified we are more quickly able to locate it and therefore correct the issue faster. This not only aids our maintenance department but has great benefits to the customer. We are able to keep our machines up and running without problems for longer periods of time with more efficient resolutions of problems that arise.

Chicago Grinding & Machine (CGM) was founded in 1920. In the early 1980's the focus changed to doing "the complete job." CGM is not simply a grinding shop.
