He brings more than 20 years of experience in management and sales to COTG with a proven track record for building and leading a business. Prior to joining COTG in March 2000, Dixon served in various sales management roles at General Binding Corporation for over 10 years.

We have rebranded ourselves as COTG - A Xerox Company and continue to align ourselves with world-class partners to provide enterprise-wide solutions for any organization.

COTG is dedicated to providing not only superior client experiences through our solutions and service, but also great experiences with various events for our clients, employees, and the community.

Martos joined COTG in 2003 as Director of Service with responsibility for 120+ service and technical personnel. Prior to joining the company, Martos held several key management positions in office technology companies, with over 23 years of experience in the industry. He was inducted as a Global Leader in 2006 and has received national honors for three consecutive years as the Service Manager of the Year.

COTG Cares is our annual company-wide customer service training program that has been designed to assist us in cultivating and sustaining a customer friendly environment at COTG. Three new topics are introduced each year– all aimed to enhance client care skills and establish stronger connections internally, which support the development of our client partnerships. Through continued learning and development, we are continuously building and maintaining a customer centric culture, while keeping focus on the number one part of our business – our clients.
