Highly motivated and accomplished professional, Agnes Molina brings a flavor of diversity and creativity to the Chicago Property Services team as the Administrative Coordinator. Since joining the company in the summer of 2012, Agnes has been an integral part of the everyday office planning and logistics. Agnes brings to CPS her years of experience in customer service, hospitality, and entertainment. Her role at CPS is multifaceted, including client interaction, invoicing, and an array of other detailed service providing responsibilities.

CPS has been managing our association for over 11 years and I’ve been on the board for several. We were one of their first clients and can say the company has always been very responsive and courteous during this time. We are a somewhat self sufficient board, however, CPS has been there to advise us in the right direction when issues arise. Their staff is very knowledgeable and I hope to continue working with them long term.

Salvatore and his company, Chicago Property Services, provides high-quality, comprehensive condo association management services in Chicago. As a member of my building’s condo board, I have worked with several other management companies directly, and none have come close to providing the high caliber of service we experience with CPS. Salvatore’s team is knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to maintaining good relationships with customers. Board members can trust CPS to take care of assocation business with contracted vendors professionally, and carefully track financials.

This is an area where an association can easily overspend especially if the building is an older association with the original pipes that have never been replaced. In one scenario, the association would simply continue to make repairs to broken pipes rather than spending the money to make a complete upgrade to the plumbing infrastructure. The other area of potential savings is understanding the cost benefit of working with union versus non-union plumbing companies. The is a significant cost difference between those 2 scenarios.

Go back to your waste removal company, your landscaping services company or your janitorial services company and negotiate better pricing. If you are a Chicago based condo association, you probably won’t want to bother negotiating down with your snow removal company based on this past winter’s snow fall.
