Chickaloon Village is strongly committed to developing sustainable business ventures, programs, and new construction projects. To the Village developing sustainability means that “we develop in the way that allows us to meet the needs of our current generation in terms of food, clothing, shelter, health care, gainful employment, social and spiritual community activities while not negatively impacting the natural environment or doing anything that would prevent the next seven generations from doing the same”.

In addition to our Health and Social Service Programs, Chickaloon Village Health and Social Services staff members are committed to encouraging and supporting our Elders in remaining active and valued in our community. We provide health and wellness activities tailored specifically for our Elders in addition to providing shopping nad bill paying assistance through our Elders Outreach Program .

To provide stewardship of Tribal resources, assist during emergencies, maintain culturally respectful close contact with Elders and youth, and provide service to the community.

Our mission is to provide the safest, most efficient transportation infrastructure for the tribe, our citizens, and the public. This includes FHWA’s mission of enhancing mobility through innovation, leadership, and public service.

Our Community Health Center Clinic opened in 2011 to provide medical services to the entire community. We can provide services regardless of one’s abilty to pay for services. We can bill all insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Administration, and we have a sliding fee scale for those without insurance. We are open 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday.
