Chico Environmental Science and Planning, LLC (Chico Environmental) is an environmental consulting firm serving the north state. John Lane, Principal Scientist, and Laura Lukes, Principal Planner, have created a partnership which combines their respective resources in order to offer high quality, cost effective consulting services to a wide variety of clients. Our dedication to efficient, resourceful, and innovative approaches to projects stems from our belief that the north state is a unique environment deserving careful planning and development.
