Mr. Ciardiello has 10 years of experience working as a corporate attorney for Verizon Communications, with an emphasis on commercial agreements, such as complex software licenses, and handling the various issues related to launching start-up businesses on the Internet and internationally. Mr. Ciardiello also has over 10 years of experience handling employment litigation and labor matters for Fortune 100 companies.

Mr. Ciardiello served as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development for a multi-million dollar international subsidiary for R.R. Donnelley & Sons and NYNEX (now Verizon) Corporation.
