Children's Advocate Programs, Incorporated Sponsors the USDA Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Day Care Providers who are sponsored by CAPI are reimbursed on a monthly basis for two meals and one snack per day served to each child in attendance within your licensed capacity. The rate of reimbursement is established by the USDA and is the same with every sponsoring organization in accordance with federal guidelines.
