About Childtime Founded in 1967 as a division of Gerber Products Corporation, Childtime has grown to a network of over 260 child care centers. Childtime Learning Centers offer child care, preschool, kindergarten and school age education services to children, infancy through 12 years. Included in our network of child development centers are a number of at-work centers operated in hospitals, corporations, government and office parks.On August 17, 2004 we officially changed our name from Childtime Learning Centers, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTIM) to Learning Care Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCGI). Currently we have over 30,000 children enrolled (full and part-time) nationwide. The children are cared for and educated by 5,500 dedicated Center Directors and staff.
