I love my chili pad. We have had it for over 2 years. We purchased the dual control. My heatflashes are GONE. This unit is the best for us “average aged” women. After the summer I ship my unit back to the factory for a cleaning and a tune up. They have never charged me for this service. I pay for the freight and they clean it out for FREE.
