We use digital date files and computerized machining exclusively for our custom molds, as well as computerized plastic injection molding machines for production. High volume injection molders and precision toolmakers in our facility allow us to provide quick-turn service on medium to high volume orders, where we build dedicated long-run production molds. QUALITY: China Smart Sourcing is certified ISO9001/2000. We provide all levels of inspection. Our commitment is to inspect and qualify components the way you would if your quality control department were in our facility.

You deal with an American company and are assigned a U.S. based, project manager to handle your account. China Smart Sourcing provides a full spectrum of services to manage a customer’s product from design through production and delivery. We evaluate your product(s) and provide you a detailed quote with no hidden charges for freight, customs, handling fees, insurance, etc. We have offices in Lisle, Illinois and Shanghai.

Our facility has very strong capacity in process and fabrication, such as: hot press, extruders, lathes, CNC milling machines, machine center, butt welder and precision grinders. We can satisfy our customers with most complicated fabricated parts by high flexibility, the commitments we offered are our customers high and products with prompt delivery.
