For over 20 years (1976 to 1998) Mrs. Yee was employed in the banking industry. She began as a management trainee and rapidly ascended the corporate ladder, becoming a Manager, Community Reinvestment Officer, and Vice-President of a Chinatown bank branch. Under her leadership, the bank became the most successful branch of that banking institution. She was a great role model and mentor to her female colleagues and staff.

CNSC’s VITA program has been in operation for over 30 years since 1973. Many thanks to our volunteers for their dedicated work in helping low-income workers and families with their income tax problems.

He enjoys doing tax and has a small tax practice. Henry is happily married to Annie for over 20 years and they have a son Jeffrey, now attending Cal Poly Pomona. Traveling is one of his main interests. Henry has been to most parts of Asia and looking forward to a trip to Europe.

Doreen has been working for Golden Gate Resource Center for over 14 years. She is dedicated in serving the Chinese community and for the past 15 years, in addition to her normal job, she volunteer with the other non-profits and take up a major role in helping Chinese Newcomers during the annual Food Drive and the Income Tax assistance program. She is also active in Christopher’s activities and PTSA from elementary to high school. Doreen’s goal is to help the Chinese community for the better of the new generation.
