Allen James Cadreau is the Director of Engineering for Indian Energy. He is a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians and has four years of experience in the energy sector.

Mr. Casteel has over twenty eight years of engineering experience as a project manager, project designer, SCADA architect, computer security architect and control system designer. Mr. Casteel is the President of SolarCast, a Renewable Energy Consulting firm and manufacturer of Solar and Wind Portable Power product. Mr. Casteel is the Principal Consultant and Executive manager of company business. Prior to Mr.

Jesse became involved in renewable energy during his undergraduate studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and concentrations in Aerospace and Spanish. While studying, he completed an award-winning renewable energy project in Namibia, Africa with the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Bureau that implemented recyclable materials into low cost housing to decrease energy usage. Jesse has an MBA from the University of New Haven.

Mr. Craig Reiter has over fifteen years of experience in the energy industry; planning, engineering and constructing utility infrastructure, substations, transmission lines and renewable energy projects. Mr. Reiter is currently a Lead Manager (Contractor) on Southern California Edison's $2.3 Billion Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project (TRTP). His responsibilities include the strategic planning and construction of all 500kV interconnect substations. Prior to contracting for Edison, Mr.

Mr. Matson’s experience working with Tribal Governments and Tribal organizations, adds to his desire and passion of seeing Native American Tribes become strong and vital. During his tenure of working with the Tribal Governments, his accomplishments of helping to build a $271 million facility with no financing has proven to be a huge benefit to the Tribal Government over the years. In addition, Mr. Matson designed an internal treasury department within the Tribal Government so that all benefits, both financial and informational, stay within the Tribe.
