C.H.J., Incorporated is a California corporation founded in 1964. From our office in Colton we are able to service projects throughout San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties.

Availability and Response Time C.H.J., Incorporated is able to provide deputy inspection services 24 hours a day, if necessary. However, please note that any testing to be performed after normal business hours would require advance notice to allow our Dispatcher to make the proper arrangements. In addition, C.H.J., Incorporated is centrally located, and our inspectors are able to provide expedited response times to any project.

George Battey III, PE, RCE Mr. George Battey is the President and Principal Materials Engineer for C.H.J., Incorporated. He has more than 30 years of experience in construction materials testing and inspection and is a Registered Civil Engineer. He has been with C.H.J., Incorporated since 1996.

All C.H.J., Incorporated’s inspectors are employees of the company and are managed and directed by Professional Engineers with extensive experience in construction inspection and materials engineering.
