Structure: ChoiceOne Bank is a locally owned, independent community bank located in Northern Kent County, Michigan. We were founded in 1898, when we established our main office in Sparta, Michigan. This is the same village our headquarters is located in today. Since that time, we have grown to 5 full service branches and 7 ATMs throughout the county, and in addition, offer Internet Banking, Check Imaging, Cash Management Products and complimentary 24 hour telephone banking.ChoiceOne Bank is part of the ChoiceOne Financial Services, Inc. holding company, which also owns and operates two subsidiaries to better serve its customer base: ChoiceOne Mortgage Company of Michigan offering residential mortgages and ChoiceOne Insurance Agencies. The insurance subsidiary provides insurance products and investment options, such as brokerage services, mutual funds, and financial advice. Our insurance agency offers insurance products in home, auto, business, worker's compensation, umbrella coverage, and key person coverage.
