We are experts in overseeing construction projects. Depending on the size and scope of the work needed, we can fill a number of necessary roles. On smaller projects, we send out RFPs and collect a minimum of three bids from each subcontractor in order to then be able to conduct a bid analysis, negotiate the contract and ultimately engage the best company for each job. We also require that all involved parties are fully bonded, properly licensed, and sufficiently insured, and we demand compliance with all necessary permitting.
