Karrie brings a unique breadth of expertise to Choice One Builders. She has more than ten years experience in building and interior design. Karrie is an award-winning designer with certificates in Interior Design and Design Trends: Fashion, Light and Color . At Choice One, Karrie personally works with each client to guide the selection of interior finishes for each home. She has experience in every aspect of custom construction from design concept to ultimate delivery of keys to the homeowner.

Our development company was founded and is operated by husband and wife team, Scott and Karrie Bomstad. Scott and Karrie reside in beautiful Bend, Oregon with their family and are committed to building homes with uncompromising quality. Scott provides daily, on-site, hands-on construction management for every project. Karrie brings the added benefit of interior design expertise to manage the selection of tiles, paint and everything in between. Together, their vision is to provide the most dynamic and integrated home building experience in the Pacific Northwest.

Building in Central Oregon since 2005, our years of knowledge and experience ensure that our homes showcase proven construction standards. Yet, while meeting our clients’ specifications, we look to pioneer new industry innovations. And with a Choice One home, what most builders call “upgrades,” we provide as part of our standard home finishes, without add-on costs.
