Maranda Bolin started her commercial real estate career at the age of 18 by acquiring her first manufactured housing community in her home town of Princeton, West Virginia. Ms. Bolin graduated from Concord University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She is mostly a self-taught person with extensive real life experience of managing several commercial properties. She has received numerous honors and awards including “Property Manager of the Year� by the United States Department of Agriculture.
