Chrysostom Press offers two spiritual classics of the Orthodox Christian Faith not previously available in the English language: The Explanation of the New Testament by Blessed Theophylact of Ochrid and Bulgaria and The Great Collection of the Lives of the Saints by St. Demetrius (Dimitry) of Rostov. Each title is a series-in-progress, that is, a multi-volume set, in which the latest volume in each series is published as it is finished until the sets are complete. The Explanation of the New Testament will contain eight volumes and provide a verse-by-verse Orthodox commentary of the Gospels and Epistles. The Great Collection of the Lives of the Saints will contain twelve volumes, one for each month of the Orthodox church year, which begins with September.
