Originally from Arizona, Priscilla joined CPM in April of 2014 with 13 years of experience in real estate sales and residential management experience in Colorado and Whatcom County. With a high standard for customer service, Priscilla enjoys working with property owners and tenants to meet their needs.
With over 20 years of maintenance, carpentry and general contracting experience, we can safely say that Mr. Morgan will successfully meet any repair challenge. Originally from San Diego, he has worked with Chuckanut Property Management since 1998.
After a fifteen-year career in sales, marketing, and management, Mr. Cascio returned to the Northwest to purchase Chuckanut Property Management in 1998. Marc is a member of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the nations only professional organization for managers of residential properties. He also holds a RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation. He continues to make his number one goal top quality service to property owners and tenants.
