Arthur Ciampi has represented partners and partnerships for nearly 20 years. He has drafted partnership agreements, negotiated separation agreements, arbitrated, tried and most importantly given sound and practical advice to law partners from virtually every major firm in the United States. He has represented partners from the "Bronx to Dubai" and everywhere in between. Mr. Ciampi is a regular columnist in the New York Law Journal with his column entitled Law Firm Partnership Law. He is also the co-author of the nationally recognized treatise Law Firm Partnership Agreements and is the author of numerous articles on the subject. In addition to his partnership practice, Mr. Ciampi has represented numerous large and small corporations from around the world in complex commercial disputes of every type. Before co founding our firm, Mr. Ciampi was a partner and member of the Executive and Management Committees of Morrison Cohen Singer & Weinstein LLP. Maria Ciampi is the author of the appellate treatise The Question Presented. She was a partner at a major national law firm and for almost a decade was Assistant Dean and a professor at St John's University School of Law. Mrs. Ciampi is also the author of numerous articles. One of Mrs. Ciampi's appellate cases, won before the New York State Court of Appeals, has been included in two law school textbooks and has been relied upon by numerous courts. Her research, writing and appellate advocacy skills are renowned and she has often lectured on these topics. One of Mrs. Ciampi's treatises on appellate advocacy is used as part of the curriculum at the Harvard Law School.
