Sylvia has been with the Investment and Trust Services Division for 14 years. Sylvia is a graduate of North Penn High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mansfield University. She is a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Trust. Her responsibilities include managing customer relationships, monitoring investments, performing account administration and providing the highest quality of service to every customer.

Matt has been with First Citizens for 14 years. Most of that time has been spent in the Finance Department, where he was responsible for regulatory reporting, asset/liability issues, as well as profitability matters. Matt is a graduate of Wellsboro High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University. He is a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Trust. His responsibilities include managing customer relationships, monitoring investments, performing account administration and providing the highest quality of service to every customer.

First Citizens has partnered with Heritage Trust Company of Oklahoma to provide lease negotiation and mineral management services to our customers. Heritage Trust manages more than 6,500 mineral assets in 26 states, and its employees have more than 220 combined years of oil and gas experience.

FCCB debit cards that were used by our customers at Target Stores during the 11/27/13 - 12/15/2013 time frame are compromised. Replacement debit cards were issued to our customers who were impacted and need to be activated immediately to avoid losses. If necessary, FCCB may be closing the compromised cards. We recommend that any debit or credit card used at Target during that time frame be closed and replaced.
