For over 25 years, CBI has been the exclusive Project Manager and General Contractor for the Bank of America Critical Data Processing Center in San Francisco. Upgrades to the Bank’s ever-changing IT infrastructure requires close coordination between the Bank’s Building Engineering Group, IT group, CBI, sub-contractors and equipment providers. In every project, we have managed to sequence the work so that there is zero down time for the client.

We’re here to meet your needs– from overseeing site selection to real estate acquisition, management of entitlement and permitting, community relations, selection of designers, design management, budgeting, construction, furnishings or equipment purchase and move in.

As a General Contractor, CBI assumes direct responsibility for construction activities at every phase, providing a wide variety of services that include fast tract construction, value engineering, budget analysis, guaranteed maximum price projects, cost plus fee negotiated work, competitively bid work, and service work in support of property management. Our in-house team of skilled craftsmen can also perform rough and finish carpentry projects.
