Our strategy is to focus our expertise on the risk management industry so that we become a natural extension to your in-house support staff. Since we don't solicit business from applicant' attorneys we don't find ourselves in conflicting situations. We consider all aspects of our business from the mindset of a workers' compensation insurance adjuster or defense counsel. We believe that this perspective will enable us to provide the professional, reliable, and ethical service that our clients demand. We have never filed a lien claim against any insurance company. We work almost exclusively with workers' compensation carriers and their defense attorneys. If an applicant's attorney should order records through our office we will not proceed until we check with you. We won't duplicate your efforts; records that were already delivered will not be re-requested. We get your approval first! We pay only the legal fees permitted in the California Evidence Code. We don't pay an extra fee simply because every other copy service does. We feel so strongly about this that we have been witnesses at the WCAB to compel the release of records. We spend your money as if it were our own. In an effort to become a more valuable partner, we encourage continuous education. Staff members have attended IEA training courses to become more familiar with workers' compensation in CA. Additionally, our field technicians receive ongoing training in order to fully utilize the latest scanning technology.
