Description
The Customer Services division is responsible for the processing of utility billing , parking citations , transient occupancy tax, business tax receipts, miscellaneous accounts receivable, bus passes (SmartCards), and dog licenses . Customer Services staff also coordinate sales tax audits, the City’s business tax compliance program, and the issuance of permits for special events and location filming.
