Description

Dr. Jeyapalan graduated from the University of Sri Lanka with first class honors in Civil Engineering; from Monash University with a master's degree in Applied Mathematics; and from the University of California at Berkeley with masters and doctoral degrees in geotechnical engineering with minors in structural engineering and engineering mechanics. He also was an engineering professor in USA and Germany .
