She is not only helpful and responsive, but also takes an active interest in our organization so that our website can remain informative, modern, and, most important of all, meets the needs our Members.

My knowledge and understanding of social media is very behind the times, but Carol is very knowledgeable and communicates well. She has great customer service skills, promptly responding to my questions, calls and emails at all times. She is outstanding at working with me to develop ideas or concepts, and in recommending solutions to achieve my goals. I can always count on her to do everything in a timely fashion which is very necessary in my business. My past experience with a website consultant was a nightmare, so it is wonderful to be able to rely on Carol.
