In the mid 1970s, Fred began transforming his initial insurance practice from a commission-oriented firm, selling and servicing insurance and investment products, to a fee-based service firm focused on financial planning for retirement.

Susan Hunter joined Clark Dodge Asset Management through our partnership with Retirement Counseling Associates LLC. Susan brings more than thirty years of financial, accounting, and tax expertise. She has worked in both private and public accounting with individuals, small business owners, and multinational corporations; her experience includes financial planning, benefit and pension plan administration, risk planning, billion dollar treasury operations, and multi-entity financial reporting.

Founded in 1845, the original Clark Dodge & Co. partnership celebrated the 165th anniversary of its founding on August 11, 2010. The launch of Clark Dodge Asset Management represents the once and future manifestation of the values we hold dear.

Our own in-house research efforts are supported by the Clark Dodge Asset Management Investment Advisory Board (IAB) and supplemented by institutional sources. The IAB is chaired by Clark Dodge Asset Management President Michael R. Sanders and was established to provide objective and independent global capital markets analysis.

In addition to his role as CEO and principal of Clark Dodge Asset Management, Joseph DiMauro is CEO of Clark Dodge & Company which he has owned since 1997. He provides clients the accumulated insights of more than 40 years experience in the energy and financial services sectors.
