One of the key ingredients to our long-term success has been our devotion to our clients’ needs and to our own business philosophy. To understand where we are now, it helps to understand where we have been.We began in 1973 as Keefauver, Hillegonds and Moldovan in Washington, Illinois, with six employees. As we grew, we expanded our staff and capabilities to become a multi-disciplined firm offering civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.By the mid 1980s, our strategy of serving all of our clients’ needs was reaping rewards. We were growing our staff, our capabilities and our area of influence. With our Salem, Illinois office, we began to serve clients throughout Central and Southern Illinois. Although our name changed to Clark Engineers, our service to clients and solid project engineering remained the same.
