The Cambridge law firm of Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry provides a full range of services to for-profit and not-for-profit special education schools and agencies, as well as to individuals with special needs and their families. This area of practice is a focus of our law firm and we provide comprehensive representation and counsel to clients throughout the Commonwealth. We also serve as general counsel to the vast majority of all the educational services providers in the Commonwealth, as well as to the trade organization to which all of them belong.
The firm was founded in 1983 by managing partner Bruce J. Embry as Burns, Clark and Embry. Although the name of the firm has changed in the intervening years, our dedication to our guiding principle has remained constant. Many of our attorneys have developed highly focused practices in niche areas such as real estate, disability law, special education law and construction law. As a result, we are known for providing legal services in areas not always available in other general practice law firms.
