Our locally owned and operated agency can customize relocation packages to service your individual and unique requirements.

Rick began his lifetime career in the moving and storage industry in 1967 at the Mayflower agent in Pittsfield, MA. He started as a packer, loader and warehousemen. Once he obtained his Commercial Drivers license, he spent 8 years driving tractor-trailer cross country for Mayflower. He loaded and transported Household Goods and Trade Shows. When he came off the road, he managed the operations and sales of all commodities, including Household Goods, Automobiles, Special Products, High Value Products, Trade Shows and Displays. He worked closely with Colleges, Museums, Libraries and Corporations.

Clark Moving and Storage, Inc. was established in May of 1985 as the local agent for Mayflower Transit Company. Mayflower Transit was founded in 1927 and is one of the nation’s oldest and largest moving companies. Clark Moving and Storage, Inc. operates as its’ own entity in New York State under the authority of the NYS DOT #T-10965. Kathy and Rich Clark began their business from scratch with 3 employees and an empty 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Today they own a full 102,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse on 24 acres.

Elaine has served as an inside sales consultant for Clark Moving & Storage for over 15 years. She is one of the first contacts you will have with our company. She will assist you by setting up an appointment with a sales consultant, answering your questions or directing you to the department who can. Her company loyalty and industry knowledge are an asset to her position. Elaine loves when business returns to Clark Moving & Storage and considers it a compliment when our past clients call us for thier next move.

Kathy Macbeth was assigned a temporary job as a receptionist at the Mayflower agent in Rochester in 1979. Soon after, she accepted a permanent position as an estimator and salesperson for residential customers. She became thoroughly absorbed in the industry and wanted to progress to Corporate Sales, which at the time was a male dominated profession. She took the significant step into that position and before long was handling employee relocation's for many of Rochester’s large Corporations.
