Clark Properties of Raleigh, LLC was started in 2000 by Nicole M. Royster. Growing up in the residential leasing and property management business, with over thirteen years of professional experience in leasing, property management and the corporate relocation industry, you are in good hands!

Teresa Johnson Baird ( teresa@clarkpropertiesofraleigh.com ) Teresa is a native of North Carolina. Her specialty is accounting with over 20 years of experience. Teresa began working with Clark Properties in 2003. She obtained her NC Real Estate Broker's License in 2005. She is currently the Accountant and Property Manager for Clark Properties. Teresa's organized nature and detailed accuracy is a definite asset to our Team! Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and spends many hours as a spectator for her sons' sporting events.

Jenni D. Lucas ( jenni@clarkpropertiesofraleigh.com ) Jenni is a native of North Carolina as well. She relocated to the Raleigh area in 2010. She is a graduate of East Carolina University with a BA in Communications. She has six years of experience in property management and is currently the administrative assistant for Clark Properties. Jenni's ability to multitask and "hold down the office" makes her an extremely valuable member of our team. In her free time she enjoys traveling to the beach, running and spending time with her family and friends.
