Carole, a Tax Manager with the firm, has over 25 years of experience in working with small businesses, trusts and individuals. Carole is an integral part of the firm’s tax compliance and consulting services, and she is committed to delivering tax and financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives. The depth and breadth of her knowledge, experience and training within these areas make her an asset to the firm’s clients.

Distributors, software developers, and manufacturers can qualify for benefits on export sales. In fact, they can claim an IC-DISC benefit on the same export products. However, the distributor must share copies of its bills of lading with the manufacturer. In addition, the distributor cannot materially alter the products after completion by the manufacturer.
