The history behind the formation of Commercial Lease Admin Services, LLC actually began in 1992 when founder, Jim Goodman, changed from a career of active ownership in commercial buildings in the Phoenix area to a career dedicated to developing and administering commercial lease databases for clients. During the past 10 years Jim has worked with two major national commercial real estate brokerage companies in the development of their client lease databases.
In 1997 Jim developed his first commercial real estate database software product using Microsoft Access ® as a foundation. Response from clients to the product was excellent; however there was something missing that clients wanted. That something was a desire by clients to have a service to go along with the software product. It became evident that clients wanted to have access to real estate professionals like Jim to administer the software.
