Classic Carriers, Inc. is a full service asset-based logistics provider where we take great pride in our ability to adapt our resources to the needs of our customers. We have the ability to provide drop trailers, multi stop shipments, dedicated and local cartage service. With our warehouse, we have the ability to handle distribution services for our customers, provide them with short and long term storage, and handle goods with J.I.T. capability. We also pride ourselves in our ability to provide our customers with timely service.

My family has been involved in the transportation industry for over 70 years, starting when my father and uncles created their own business, Subler Transfer, in 1934. As a result, I have been involved in the transportation industry all of my life. Over the years, I have learned that the key to success for any business is its people. I have been fortunate enough to find some of the best – professionals that share my view of providing outstanding customer service and honesty at competitive rates.

Classic Carriers was founded in 1985 by Mr. James B. Subler. Presently, our company services all of the lower 48 states, with our primary traffic lanes in the Midwest and East Coast. Classic Carriers currently operates 140 power units and 220 Refrigerated Air Ride trailers. A number of our trailers are also equipped with logistics and e-track bars which enables them to be decked as needed and freight to be safely secured. We employ a combination of company drivers and owner operators, with a driver turnover rate of less than 40% since 2000.
