Wilhelm Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB was founded in April 2006 by Dr. Mark Wilhelm and Lars Winkler in Düsseldorf. The partnership specializes in legal business consulting in the areas of insurance, liability and corporate law. With twelve lawyers Wilhelm advises international and national listed companies, public corporations and mid-sized companies as well as their board members. On the basis of trade-specific and insurance-economical know-how, Wilhelm develops tailor-made legal concepts and procedural strategies for the client’s needs.

Clausen Miller has extensive experience in counseling clients in Asia on cross-border matters, empowering them to take full advantage of new opportunities abroad. Clausen Miller is well-positioned to serve as national and regional coordinating counsel in the U.S. for its Asia clients. The Shanghai office operates as the coordinating office for the firm’s work in Asia, so that its clients have immediate access to work with the firm on matters anywhere in the U.S. Clausen Miller International (CMI) is also similarly positioned to assist clients with access to the International market.
