Clay-Chalkville Animal Clinic (CCAC) was created in January 1987 in the loft of the barn at Hart Farms in Clay. CCAC relocated to the new site on May 6, 1991. The rustic log cabin design and the most modern equipment available compliments the country yet progressive atmosphere reflected by the two communities of Chalkville and Clay. Dr. Charles Hart grew up around this community and was well aware of the needs of the community. Therefore, Dr. Hart chose to equip his practice to serve the needs of both large and small animals.
