Founded in 2010, CleanNG develops natural gas vehicle fuel storage systems, which increase fuel range and capacity with the company's liner-less technology. Global Entrepreneurship Week announced CleanNG as a top 50 global startup and CNBC recognized them as a one of the most promising new companies in the world. The Journal Record named CleanNG a 2012 Innovator of the year.

Mr. Ward is highly skilled in strategic planning, organizational assessment and project management. A former consulting professional with a focus on cloud based technologies who also brings years of startup experience through the launch of three different companies, the latest acquired for $20.5M.

CleanNG has been developing a liner-less pressure vessel even before it was founded in 2010. Prior to the CleanNG’s MagnumCel, there has never been a high-pressure, scalable solution to save weight and increase fuel storage capacity for high pressure applications. CleanNG is the first liner-less design to acquire Department of Transportation approval.
