You and your staff have performed far beyond our expectations in workmanship, cooperative amiable attitude and timeliness. It has been a true pleasure to experience the excellence you provided at all stages of the job. As you know, we were very pleased with the results following the initial installation of your product in July 2005. Last winter provided the severe wet weather conditions needed to test the efficacy of the entire package. The sump pumps functioned flawlessly under the nearly continuous flow of water during the long rainy season. The multi-ply covering kept away the extremely offensive dank & musty odor caused by the wet soil, which previously would permeate the house all winter long. The elimination of the odor was one of our primary objectives and the application of your product resolved the situation. We are grateful to have found Clean CrawlSpace in time to implement control over the under house water problem before it caused any structural damage.

David has been protecting structures for over 16 years. He began his career as a Termite Inspector serving as Supervisor for the WDO (wood destroying organisms) department at a pest control company based in California. He joined Clean Crawlspace as a Marketing Manager in 2004.

David Carney, CEO, has been specializing in crawlspaces for over 16 years. He worked for ten years in the termite and dry rot repair industry, and he has always known that water and rot in crawl spaces are a huge problem.
